Feed, Seed, & Fertilizer personnel inspect and collect samples of commercial fertilizers and soil conditioners at manufacturers, distributors, retail establishments, golf courses, and farm establishments to assure they meet label claims. Products and producers must comply with the Fertilizer Act and Rule.
